CCS CrackAttack™
Proprietary Product Solutions
Our unique solutions are a high alumina castable two component refractory system that is hand mixed by the operator. This cuts down on waste and allows you to mix what you need as well has giving the operator control over the cure time and flowability. Cure times are estimated between 15-45 minutes allowing for a repeatable and consistent work flow. This will drastically decrease the time your machinery sits idle. The main problem we set out to fix was that of the shell cracking after dewaxing, requiring long patch cure times. Through extensive testing and careful planning we have developed a new industry standard of excellence in our CCS CrackAttack™ products.
We now have two rapid curing shell repair offerings!
Our base level CCS CrackAttack™ is for commercial and external aerospace investment casting shell repair or ceramic rod attachment/reinforcement. Reactive metal contact is not an issue.
Our higher level CCS CrackAttack™ MAX is for more serious heat conditions. This material was designed for more reactive metals (which can not tolerate silica) that may come in contact with the refractory.
Both materials are now available and in stock. Reach out for our distributor’s contact information.
CCS CrackAttack™
Quick Set High Temperature Refractory Ceramic Mold Repair Product for use in Investment Casting Foundries and Forge Linings.
